There were just three rounds played in Regular Season of LNB and we can clearly see which teams will fight for top positions and which will try to avoid bottom places. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

Metros smashed Leones in Santiago 98-74. Metros dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Leones' 30. Metros looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. It was a good game for American swingman Jordan Hall (203-2002, college: St.Joseph's) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 6 rebounds and 13 assists. His fellow American import guard Troy Cracknell (193-1999, college: Augusta) contributed with 19 points and 5 assists for the winners. Naturalized American Angel Gerardo Suero (196-1989, college: Albany) answered with 17 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) for Leones. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Leones will play next round against Heroes trying to get back on the winning streak. Metros will try to continue on its current victory against Reales in La Vega.
Marineros (2-1) recorded a loss in Puerto Plata. Hosts were defeated by Indios (4-0) 101-92. It was a great evening for Luismal Ferreiras (200-2003) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds. Juan Rosario helped adding 11 points and 17 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American guard Andres Fulgencio (193, college: Adelphi) with 17 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Indios will play against Caneros (#7) in La Romana in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Marineros will play on the road against Caneros in La Romana and hope to get back on the winning track.
A very close game took place in Santo Domingo between Reales and Leones. Reales (3-2) got a very close victory on the road over Leones (1-3). Reales managed to escape with a 1-point win 95-94 on Thursday evening. It was an exceptional evening for Keith Williams who led the winners and scored 16 points and 8 rebounds. Reggie Quezada came up with 38 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 5 assists for Leones in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Reales will meet at home Metros in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Leones will play against Heroes (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 3: Titanes were beaten by Reales on the road 88-75. Bottom-ranked Heroes won against Caneros on its own court 78-65. Titanes lost to undefeated Metros in Santiago 77-101.
